Mark Hodge B.S., D.M.D., M.Ed.
Vancouver Endodontist
Dr. Hodge was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and spent his teen years in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He received a bachelor of science degree in biology and Chemistry in 1972 from Western Kentucky University. He graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 1976.
In 1979, after practicing general dentistry for three years in downtown Vancouver, he attended the Medical College of Virginia and Virginia Commonwealth University, where he received his endodontic specialty training and a Master's Degree in Education, both in 1981.
Dr. Hodge became a Certified Specialist in Endodontics in British Columbia in 1981. Since that time he has practiced endodontics in Vancouver with Drs. Fraser, Halpenny and later with Dr McLean in Vancouver. North Vancouver and West Vancouver.
Dr. Hodge served as associate Professor at the UBC Faculty of Dentistry from 1976-1979 and 1981-1987.
He has been actively involved in the development of a Standards of Practice document for the Canadian Academy of Endodontists.

Dr. Hodge and his wife Wendy Halowski, a Registered clinical counselor, live in Vancouver and have four children.
Dr. Hodge has enjoyed coaching boys baseball and girls rep softball in Vancouver He and Wendy enjoy a variety of sports and activities with their children. Recently they've discovered the adventure of motorcycle touring.
