VanEndo Financial Policy

Billing:

  • Patients are fully responsible for all fees charged regardless of insurance coverage.
  • Payment is required at the time of your appointment.
  • Our office accepts Visa, MasterCard, personal cheques and debit.

Insurance:

  • We normally do not deal directly with the insurance companies.
  • When treatment is completed and upon receipt of payment, our staff will give you the necessary dental claim forms to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
  • Whatever your insurance covers will be paid to you directly.
  • Please bring your insurance information to your initial appointment.
